摘要 教师专业化既是社会外部的要求,更是教师自身自主的追求,是教师内在的奋斗过程。隐性知识显性化作为幼儿教师专业化发展的新路径,启迪人们在对幼儿教师的实际教育教学中依托一定的载体来实现幼儿教师隐性知识的显性化,从而有效地促进幼儿教师专业化发展。 Teachers; specialization is not only the requirement of society, but also teachers" inde- pendent pursuit, the inner struggle of a teacher. To transform tacit knowledge into explicitone, as a new path of the preschool teachers" professional development, inspires people to rely on certain carrier in preschool teacher's actual teaching, so as to effectively promote teacher's professional development.
