苏木乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents from the Ethyl Acetate Extract of Caesalpinia sappan

从苏木(Caesalpinia sappan L.)提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离出15个化合物,通过波谱方法和理化性质考察分别鉴定为菜油甾醇(1),原苏木素A(2),胡萝卜苷(3),β-谷甾醇(4),熊果酸(5),齐墩果酸(6),缠结素(7),丁香树脂酚(8),3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚(9),丁香醛(10),松柏醛(11),香草酸(12),4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酸(13),3,8,9-trihydroxy-6H-ben-zo[c]chromen-6-one(14),苏木酮A(15)。化合物5～7,9～13为首次从苏木植物中分离得到。

Fifteen compounds were isolated from Caesalpinia sappan,they were identified as campesterol（1）,protosappanin A（2）,daucosterol（3）,β-sitosterol（4）,ursolic acid（5）,oleanolic acid（6）,intricatin（7）,syringaresinol（8）,3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol（9）,syringaldehyde（10）,coniferylaldehyde（11）,vanillic acid（12）,4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy bezoic acid（13）,3,8,9-trihydroxy-6H-benzo[c] chromen-6-one（14） and sappanone A（15） by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis.Compounds 5~7 and 9~13 were first isolated from this plant.
