与主流学者研究不同,我国发展农业机械化,不应过分强调土地规模集中,过快发展大规模农业,而是结合当前三农问题国情,有步骤有计划地发展土地规模经营。

In comparison with the mainstream study,the paper gives another way to the agricultural mechanization while the land is scattered and in small scale.Instead of concentration of land and developing rapidly large-scale farm the paper suggests the nation should make the land large-scale stage by stage with a consideration of our national agricultural conditions.
