Hardware design of the mold slice sorting system

文章主要针对模切产品的分拣提出了一种基于机器视觉的硬件平台,该平台采用了爱国者DCWL-130摄像机,采用PC机作为控制平台,三菱FX1S-20MT作为执行控制装置,通过编程口的通信方式进行数据的传递,达到了分检的目的。

This paper mainly for die-cutting product sorting based on Machine Vision Hardware platform.The platform adopted DCWL-130 patriot camera,using PC as the control platform,Mitsubishi FX1S-20MT as execution control device,through the programming port communication mode for data transmission,reached the sorting purpose.
