基于单片机的数字存储示波器设计

摘要 以AT89C51为核心,以及外围器件所组成的波形存储器以及频率测量仪,通过键盘的操作,实现了对现场频率的测量、以及对波形的定时采集、处理、存储和显示。可以对一段时间内的频率有比较直观的了解,并且可以用示波器进行显示,可以实现数据的采集、转换、存储以及显示的全过程,对数据进行实时的串行显示,由于数据的存放没有足够的空间,需扩展6264为片外数据存储器。 Frequency data-measure system is composed of AT89C51 and peripherals, by using keyboards, it is used to realize the scene data acquiring , processing, storing and displaying at the same time, users can get a direct ac- knowledge which its data acquired in a long-range time ,furthermore ,it can be showed by wave--show applications ,users ,can take part in each step of the data acquiring ,processing, storing and displaying. This system can display the scene data with serial display circuit ,because there is no enough memory in internal AT89C51,so We need to larger its pro- gram memory by use 6264,this chip is used as external program memory.
