摘要
分析了东方红50马力履带拖拉机传动箱壳体的结构特点和滑杆孔的工艺要求,并设计了保证加工的工艺新方法,经生产实践证明,该工艺不但实现加工中心一次定位完成加工,而且产品质量稳定,因此对在以后深孔类加工和研究中具有深远的意义。
By analyzing the Dongfanghong 50 hp crawler tractor the structural characteristics of the gearbox housing and slider hole process requirements, and design process to ensure that processing by production practice proves that the process has not only been fulfilled, the processing center to complete positioning processing, and product quality is sta- ble, and therefore has far-reaching significance after Deep Hole processing and research.
