浅谈大学中的学生干部管理工作

日常工作中,辅导员由于所带学生情况多样、班级各项事务繁多、学生住宿分布场所不集中等原因,造成工作量大、学生管理困难。为了能更加有效地做好班级建设工作,就迫切需要培养一支政治素质过硬、工作能力突出、学习成绩优秀的班干部队伍作为辅导员工作的得力助手,以提升辅导员对学生管理工作的效率。

The daily work,the instructor brought student diversity,the range of class the transaction,the distribution of student accommodation place not concentrate and other reasons,resulting in heavy workload,students of management difficulties.Class can be more effective to do construction work,there is an urgent need to develop a political excellent quality,outstanding ability to work,academic excellence,class cadre team as a counselor assistant,to enhance the efficiency of the counselor to student management.
