摘要 通过对输电线杆塔力学分析,利用传感器技术获得杆塔的最薄弱部位的扭转力矩、拉力、倾斜角度等信息,传送到集控中心进行数据比对,由后台控制系统做出判断,明确杆塔出现的机械失效问题,从而作出预警。传感器技术和杆塔的力学分析结合提高了杆塔机械失效监测的效率,通过该方式管理人员可及时掌握杆塔信息,及时发现安全隐患,有效减少导线覆冰引起的杆塔受损灾害的发生。 By Mechanical analysis of transmission line towers and making full use of sensor technology, the reverse torque, tension, tilt angle and other information of the weakest part of the tower were obtained to sent to the centralized control center for data comparison. The control system of the back judge the tow- er mechanical failures, and thus to make warning. Sensor technology and mechanical analysis of the tower improve the monitoring efficiency of mechanical failure of the tower. Manage staff can grasp the information of the tower, thus discovering hidden accidents, effectively reducing damage caused by ice tower.
