摘要
对细菌分形结构形成机制的探讨有助于认识菌落的生长过程以及分形结构形成过程涉及的非平衡态物理与化学过程,丰富分形结构的研究体系。报道了表皮葡萄球菌在玻璃基底上集聚形成具有自相似性的分形结构。进一步的研究表明:生物膜是表皮葡萄球菌形成分形结构的关键,多重分形谱能够应用于定量研究细菌菌群分形结构的内部精细结构和生长过程,表皮葡萄球菌形成分形结构的机理符合团簇-团簇聚集模型。
Studying of Staphylococcus epidermidis fractal structures is helpful to know more about the fractal structures pattern-forming involved non-equilibrium physics and chemistry processes, and enrich the fractal structures research in biological system. The mutifractal spectra analysis reveals that the S. epidermidis fractal structures formation has closed correlation to the biofilm formation. The results indicate that the formation of fractal-like structures in populations of S. epidermidis is based on the principle of Cluster-Cluster Aggregation model under the glass substrate.
