河南省典型地市旱情分析研究

Analytical Study on the Drought of Typical Cities in Henan Province

选取河南省中东部开封、商丘、周口、郑州、许昌、漯河和平顶山等7市作为典型地市,对干旱及供水、水源工程的基本情况进行调查,根据供需水量的平衡分析对区域缺水状况进行评价。结果表明,现有供水工程抗旱能力不能满足一般工业和农业生产的需水要求,建议加快现有蓄水工程的除险加固和供水工程的更新改造进程,实施地表水、地下水联合调度,搞好现有水源的应急调度等,以提高应急抗旱能力。

The drought had seriously restricted the social economic development of Henan province. In order to analysis and study on severe drought of Henan, investigation on the basic information of drought, water supply and water source engineering of 7 typical cities including Kaifeng, Shan- gqiu, Zhoukou, Xuchang, Luohe and Pingdingshan in the eastern and central Henan was carried out and evaluation on water shortage of the above- mentioned regions was made on the basis of balance analysis of water demand of the surveyed area. On the basis of balance analysis of industrial and agricultural water demand and supply and understanding of influence of drought on industry and agriculture of the years with different drought condi- tions, it is concluded that the water supply capacity of existing water supply facilities cannot meet the water demand of normal industrial and agricul- tural production. The measures for improving emergency regulation capacity of drought affected area are discussed in the paper.
