摘要
合理的水权交易价格是水权交易成功的关键。以二级水权市场为对象,针对水权交易价格形成系统的特征,以系统综合集成理论为基础,研究了综合集成研讨厅在水权交易价格形成中的应用,并设计了水权交易价格形成的综合集成研讨厅基本框架。水权交易价格必须考虑流域各主体的利益,才能实现水资源"人水和谐"和"人人和谐"的配置目标。
The reasonable trade price was key factor to successful water rights trade. The Hall for Workshop of Meta Synthetic （HWMS） was ap- plied to the trade price of water fights on basis of formation characteristics of trade price of water rights in the second water rights and system integration theory. The basic framework of the HWMS was designed. The trade price of water rights must take into account stakeholders＇ interest, which will realize the harmony between man and water and the harmony among human beings.
