摘要
结合航空企业数字化应用的现状,基于飞机装配工装设计中的应用需求,研究工装组件的参数化设计、参数化组件库的构建以及组件的快速装配设计技术。应用CAA在CATIA平台上进行二次开发,实现了飞机装配工装组件库和快速装配设计功能,可提高装配工装设计的效率和质量。
The parameterization design, component library construction and rapid assembly design tech- nology are studied according to the status of digital application in aerospace industry and the require- ments of aircraft assembly tooling design. With CAA the component library and rapid assembly design functions of aircraft tooling are implemented which are integrated with CATIA, and the efficiency and the quality of the assembly tooling design can be improved.
