摘要 自动钻铆技术是目前飞机先进装配连接技术的发展趋势,国内在这方面的工艺积累不足。本文以两种自动钻铆设备及手工钻铆生产的铆接构件分别做疲劳试验。结果表明:在合适的工艺参数下,采用自动钻铆的铆接构件疲劳寿命较传统的手工钻铆有显著的提高;工艺参数的不同组合,对连接的疲劳寿命将产生较大影响;自动钻铆对各工艺参数的控制精度明显优于手工钻铆。因此,对于镦头高度等质量检验标准可以提高精度要求。 Automatic drilling and riveting technique is an advanced joint technology commonly used in the aircraft assembly process. In view of the inadequacy of the technology accumulation in domestic, the riv- eting components produced by two automatic drilling and riveting equipments and manual drilling and riveting are fatigue tested respectively. The test results show that the fatigue lifes of the riveting compo- nents produced by automatic drilling and riveting are improved, compared with those produced by manu- al drilling and riveting when the process parameters are appropriate. The different squeezing forces and speeds influence the fatigue life of the structure, and the parameter control precision using automatic drilling and riveting is higher than that using manual drilling and riveting.
