摘要
首先以等效拉延阻力为设计变量,通过均匀拉丁方实验设计构造拉延筋响应面近似模型;然后以最佳成形效果为约束条件,选用二次序列规划法与混合整数规划结合的方法,得到了拉延筋参数优化结果。通过对某车型侧围内上板拉延模拉延筋的优化,验证了该方法的有效性。
The restraining forces are optimized in the region of interest moved across the design space and a uniform Latin square experiment is designed to construct the model for drawbead response approxima- tion. Then, the equivalent drawbead model is combined with sequential quadratic programming and mixed integer optimization algorithm to optimize drawbead parameters. And a satisfying forming result is obtained. The availability and efficiency of the method is demonstrated by its successful application to the optimal design problem of drawbead restraining force, coupled with the inner-top panel of an auto- mobile side wall.
