胰腺主要疾病的手术治疗时机把握

摘要 胰腺疾病主要包括急慢性胰腺炎、来自胰腺外分泌系统的良性肿瘤（如浆液性或黏液性囊腺瘤、导管内乳头状黏液瘤与实性假乳头状瘤）、胰腺癌以及胰腺内分泌肿瘤等。急性胰腺炎每年的发病率约38／100000，其中15％～30％的患者会发展为重症胰腺炎。虽然生长抑素类药物的应用提高了急性胰腺炎患者的治愈率，但其病死率仍保持在30％左右。慢性胰腺炎每年发病率为4／100000—7／100000，
