关于苏南小城镇和农村的城市化建设的反思

Thinking About The Problems In Local City Construction And New Rural Construction

本文通过对江苏省扬中市新城建设的调研,就生态空间、历史文化空间、公共空间三方面对地方城市化建设和新农村建设中存在的问题提出探讨,并指出,以经济效率为主导的新域建设在取得多方面成就的同时也带来一些无法弥补的遗憾与损失,作为设计师和决策者应该把自然资源、历史资源、市民文化纳入到规划与建设的策略中。

Through the research of urbaniza- tion construction in Yangzhong City of Jiangsu province in recent years, this article discusses about the existing problems in local city construction and new rural construction about three aspects ＂ ecological space, vernacular architecture heritage, public space. Pointing out that, taking the economic efficiency as the leading for the urbanization construction, we have made great achievement,but brought some irreparable regret and loss. Designers and policymakers should take the natural resources, historical resources, civil culture into the planning and construction strategy.
