hs-CRP、PA联合心肌酶谱用于诊断儿童感染性疾病的临床价值探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、前清蛋白(PA)和心肌酶谱在儿童感染性疾病中的意义。方法将548例感染性疾病患儿依据病情分为细菌感染和病毒感染组,另选112例健康儿童作为对照组。检测各组血清的hs-CRP、PA和心肌酶谱数值,分析其变化与疾病的关系。结果细菌感染组的hs-CRP显著增高(45.2mg/L),PA显著降低[(107.15±28.17)mg/L],与病毒感染组和对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。而病毒感染组儿童心肌酶谱各项检测值则明显高于细菌感染组(P<0.01)。结论在儿童感染性疾病诊治中,同时检测hs-CRP、PA与心肌酶谱对于鉴别细菌与病毒感染具有重要意义,不仅有利于疾病早期诊断,而且对病情监测及判断预后均有重要的临床价值。 Objective To study the significance of hs-CRP, PA and myocardiac enzymes spectrum in children's infectious diseases. Methods 548 infected cases were divided into bacterial and viral infections and 112 healthy children were served as controls. The serum hs-CRP, PA and myocardiac enzymes spectrum were determined and analyze the correlation of their changes with diseases. Results There was significant difference for the levels of serum hs-CRP and PA between bacterial and viral infections (P〈0.01), whereas myocardiae enzymes spectrum in bacterial infection cases were much higher than that in viral infection cases(P〈0.01). Conclusion To detect hs-CRP, PA and myocardiac enzymes spectrum simultaneously in children's infectious diseases not only useful to early diagnosis, but also has an important clinical value in monitoring pathogenic condition and judging prognosis.
