摘要
基于能力本位的现代职业教育理念对《会议策划与组织》课程考核方式进行改革,其改革的基础是对理论基础有深入透彻的讲解,改革的重点是重视过程性评价。该课程考核方式特点体现为:情景模拟,突出过程;小组实践,团队协作;全员参与,自主评价。
Based on the modern education concept of competency-based to reform the assessment methods to the course of Conference Planning and Organization, the basis is to carry out intensive explanation to theoretical foundation, and the reform emphasis is process evaluation. The evaluation highlights the following characteristics: simulation, prominent pro-cess, group practice, teamwork, full participation, independent evaluation.
