摘要
浙江省高技能型人才主要呈现出总量不足、人才结构失衡、培训体系不健全等问题,其主要原因在于政府落实相关政策不足、企业培养高技能人才意识不强、传统人才观念存在偏差等。浙江省在高技能型人才队伍建设中,应加大高技能人才奖励力度,营造社会氛围;完善培养体系,改善高技能人才结构;改革评价方式,提高高技能人才比例。
The construction of high skilled talents in Zhejiang Province manifests the problems of shortage of whole quan-tity, imbalance of talents structure and unsoundness of training system, and the main reasons lies in that the government hasn't carried through relative policies, the enterprises don't have intentions to cultivate high-skilled talents and the warp of traditional talents views. Therefore, the government of Zhejiang Province must strengthen policy incentives, in-crease technical support, optimize training methods and evaluation model to upgrade the proportion of high skilled person-nel.
