基于北京精神的高职生职业素质培养新途径

New Approaches for Cultivation of Professional Qualities of Higher Vocational School Students Based on Beijing Spirit

我国高职生职业素质培养存在培养乏力、模式陈旧、学生深造难等问题。北京联合大学基于地域特点,以北京精神作为素质教育切入点,彰显"爱国"情感,重塑职业素养教育思想;承载"厚德"品质,树立德才兼备教育理念;凝聚"创新"精神,改善职业素质教育基础;秉承"包容"态度,吸纳发达国家办学模式,探究具有北京精神特色的高职生职业素质培养新途径。

Some problems exist in the quality education of higher vocational school students in China, such as indetermi-nate education objective, low cultivation power of professional qualities, old-fashioned quality cultivation model and the dif-ficulty in further study of higher vocational school students. Beijing Union University has taken the following countermea- sures to cultivate students＇ professional qualities： take Beijing spirit as the pointcut of quality education to highlight ＂pa- triotic feeling＂ and remodel the idea of professional quality education; carry ＂spacious moral character＂ and set up the moral idea equally stressing political integrity and professional ability; aggregate ＂innovative spirit＂ and reform the base of professional quality education; inherit ＂tolerant attitude＂ , absorb school-running model of developed countries and explore the new approaches of the cultivation of professional qualities of higher vocational school students with the characteristics of Beijing spirit.
