从中医对麻木的认识浅析奥沙利铂神经毒性的病机 被引量：9

摘要 奥沙利铂是第3代铂类化合物，被广泛应用于结、直肠癌和胃癌等多种肿瘤的治疗中，具有骨髓抑制轻微、胃肠道反应小、无明显肾和耳毒性等优点，但其神经毒性反应比前两代铂类强。奥沙利铂急性神经毒性虽大多能耐受，但其发病率可高达90％左右；其慢性神经毒性具有强烈的剂量依赖性，
