摘要
目的:研究返魂草药材的HPLC指纹图谱方法,为科学评价该药材质量提供了新方法。方法:利用HPLC方法,色谱条件Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温30℃,流动相为乙腈-0.1%三氟乙酸溶剂系统,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长254 nm。对不同产地的返魂草药材进行研究,采用药典委员会颁布的"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"2004A对指纹图谱进行分析。结果:得到分离度,重复性均较好的返魂草药材HPLC-UV指纹图谱,标定14个共有峰,11批返魂草药材的相似度均>0.900。结论:该方法简便可靠,重复性好,可用于返魂草药材的质量控制。
Objective: The chromatographic created a new method for evaluating and controlling the fingerprint of Senecio cannabifolius was established, which quality. Method: HPLC analysis was carried out on AgilentZorbax SB-C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5μm) , with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-1% trifluoroacetic acid system (gradient elution). The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. Column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The obtained'data was analyzed by computer aided similarity evaluation. Result: Fourteen common peaks were confirmed in fingerprints. The similarity degree of the samples was foun.d to be higher than 0. 900. Conclusion: This method is simple, credible and of good reproducibility, which can be used for their quality control.
