返魂草药材的HPLC指纹图谱研究

目的:研究返魂草药材的HPLC指纹图谱方法,为科学评价该药材质量提供了新方法。方法:利用HPLC方法,色谱条件Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温30℃,流动相为乙腈-0.1%三氟乙酸溶剂系统,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长254 nm。对不同产地的返魂草药材进行研究,采用药典委员会颁布的"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"2004A对指纹图谱进行分析。结果:得到分离度,重复性均较好的返魂草药材HPLC-UV指纹图谱,标定14个共有峰,11批返魂草药材的相似度均>0.900。结论:该方法简便可靠,重复性好,可用于返魂草药材的质量控制。

Objective： The chromatographic created a new method for evaluating and controlling the fingerprint of Senecio cannabifolius was established, which quality. Method： HPLC analysis was carried out on AgilentZorbax SB-C18 column （4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5μm） , with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-1% trifluoroacetic acid system （gradient elution）. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. Column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The obtained＇data was analyzed by computer aided similarity evaluation. Result： Fourteen common peaks were confirmed in fingerprints. The similarity degree of the samples was foun.d to be higher than 0. 900. Conclusion： This method is simple, credible and of good reproducibility, which can be used for their quality control.
