复方一枝蒿颗粒对小鼠抗炎和免疫功能的影响 被引量:20

Effects of Artemisiae Rupestris Granules on Anti-inflammatory and Immune Function in Mice

摘要 目的:研究复方一枝蒿颗粒的免疫、抗炎作用,为其临床合理应用提供药理学参考。方法:实验分为模型组、抗病毒颗粒组、复方一枝蒿颗粒1,2,4 g·kg-1剂量组,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和毛细血管通透性试验观察药物抗炎作用;通过ELISA法测定药物对绵羊红细胞(SRBC)免疫小鼠血清中IgM生成的影响,MTT比色法检测药物对脂多糖(LPS)及刀豆蛋白A(ConA)诱导下T、B淋巴细胞的增殖作用影响,综合评价药物对免疫功能的影响。结果:复方一枝蒿颗粒2,4 g·kg-1剂量组对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀均有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01);复方一枝蒿颗粒1,2,4 g·kg-1剂量组对冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增高均有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01);复方一枝蒿颗粒1,2,4 g·kg-1剂量组,均可显著升高SRBC免疫小鼠血清IgM抗体水平(P<0.01);复方一枝蒿颗粒在232~15 000 mg·L-1能显著抑制ConA诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖作用(P<0.05);复方一枝蒿颗粒在464~15 000 mg·L-1能显著抑制LPS诱导的B淋巴细胞增殖作用(P<0.05)。结论:复方一枝蒿颗粒具有抗炎和调节免疫功能作用。 Objective: To investigate immunization and the anti-inflammatory effect of Artemisia rupestris granule to provide the reference for the clinical treatment of influenza. Method: Mice were randomized into the model group, antiviral granule group and Artemisiae rupestris granules group with 1, 2, 4 g. kg^-1 dose respectively using thexylene-induced mouse ear edema and capillary permeability test to investigate anti-inflammatory effects. The elects on the immune function of drug were measured by ELISA in serum of mice immunized with sheep red blood cell (SRBC) IgM-generated effects, and drugs on effects of Lipopoly saccharide LPS and ConA induced T, B lymphocyte proliferation was measured by MTT colorimetric assay. Result: Artemisia compound particles 2, 4 g. kg^-1 dose could significantly inhibited xylene-induced ear edema in mice ; Artemisia rupestris granule ( 1, 2, 4 g.kg^-1 dose) could significantly inhibited acetic acid-induced increase in capillary permeability in mice and significantly increased levels of serum IgM antibodies of SRBC immunized mice ; Artemisia rupestris granule 232-15 000 mg. L^-1 concentration range can suppress ConA-induced T cell proliferation (P 〈 0.05 ) ; Artemisia rupestris granule 464-15 000 mg.L^-1 concentration range can significantly suppress LPS-induced B lymphocyte proliferation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Artemisiae rupestris granules have anti-inflammatory and immunoregulation function.
