教学论研究者为什么“走不下去”——兼论“国外教学理论诠释中国教学实践”现象 被引量:18

摘要 几乎所有教学论研究者都强调要深入中小学去做研究,但为什么“走下去”做研究没有成为教学论研究领域的应然趋向?教学论研究者的成长路径、研究成果的评价机制固然对其有非常重要的影响,但中小学不欢迎和教学论研究者“下去”不会做研究也是两个不容忽视的影响因素。不深入中小学做研究,当然不会生成本土的教学理论,这也是国外教学理论能够诠释中国教学实践的一个主要原因。改革高校教学论研究者的培养方式和成长路径、改革教学论研究成果的评价方式、加强教学论研究者实践研究的能力培养,不仅能使我国教学论研究有可能摆脱束缚、与国外教学理论展开平等对话,而且能使我国教学论在国际向度上的学术自主性成为可能。 Almost all teaching theory researchers emphasize doing research in primary and secondary schools, but it hasn't become a trend in the field of teaching theory . Why? The growth path of teaching theory researchers, the evaluation system on teaching theory research results are two important influencing factors. What's more, the teaching theory researchers are not popular in the schools and some of them do not know how to do the research. If the teaching theory researchers do not go down to the schools to do their research, the local teaching theory can not be generated, which is one of the main reasons that the foreign teaching theories can interprete China's teaching practice. Reforming the cultivating mode of teaching theory and the growth path and the evaluation method of teaching theory research results, strengthening the practice study ability of teaching theory researchers can not only make the teaching theory in China get rid of bondage to make equal dialogue with foreign teaching theory but also make it possible the academic autonomy of Chinese teaching theory in international dimension.
