摘要
为了适应社会对高素质师资的需求,职前教师教育课程必须从传统的学术理性取向转型为实践取向,在真实的实践情境中培养优质师资。实践取向的教师教育课程以发展未来教师的实践智慧为主,赋予其反思的实践者和研究者的角色。在实践取向教师教育课程的开发与实施中,必须处理好理论与实践、经验与反思,以及教师教育机构与中小学校的关系。
In order to meet the demand of high-quality teachers, pre-service teacher education curriculum must switch from academic orientation to practice orientation, and cultivate the future teacher in real practice context. Pre-service teacher education curriculum of practice orientation aims at future teachers' practice intelligence, empowers them the roles of reflective practioner and researcher. During the development and implementaion of the pre-service teacher education curriculum of practice orientation, some relations between theory and practice, experience and reflection, universities and schools, should be treated properly.
