摘要
结合白莲河抽水蓄能电站实际情况,分析了外包工程安全管理存在的问题。从建立完善外包工程安全管理机制、严把外包施工单位进厂前的资质审核关、强化外包单位作业人员的安全教育培训和加强外包工程全过程安全监督管理等几个方面入手,确保了外包工程管理规范,安全有序。
The problems in the safety management of contracted engineering in Bailianhe Pumped-storage Power Station are analyzed herein. The standardized management on the safety of contracted engineering is achieved by establishing and improving the safety management system, pre-qualifying and approving the construction contractor, reinforcing the safety supervision through whole process and strengthening the safety education and training of contractor＇s staff.
