禽偏肺病毒分子生物学及基因工程疫苗研究进展 被引量：11

摘要 禽偏肺病毒为不分节段的单股负链RNA病毒,属于副黏病毒科肺炎病毒亚科偏肺病毒属,主要引起火鸡和鸡上呼吸道系统疾病,分布广泛,严重危害养禽业的经济效益。本文简要综述禽偏肺病毒粒子的结构、理化特性、基因组构成、结构蛋白及功能、RNA转录与复制、致病性和抗原性,以及基因工程疫苗研究的进展。
