自然光周期条件下种鹅血清生化指标和生殖激素水平变化规律的研究

Variation of Serum Biochemical Parameters and Reproductive Hormone Levels of Breeding Goose in Natural Photoperiod

试验旨在研究自然光周期条件下扬州鹅种鹅血清生化指标、生殖激素水平的变化规律,从机理上探讨光周期对扬州鹅繁殖性能的影响。检测自然光周期条件下处于繁殖期的2年龄健康扬州鹅母鹅180只、公鹅120只的血清总蛋白、白蛋白、碱性磷酸酶、尿素氮指标和卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、催乳素、雌二醇水平,饲养试验时间为12个月。结果表明,光周期延长的4~6月内血清总蛋白、白蛋白、碱性磷酸酶、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平下降;尿素氮、雌二醇、催乳素水平升高,伴随着产蛋期的结束;光周期缩短的7~11月则发生相反的变化,迎接新的产蛋期的到来。

This experiment was conducted to study the variation of serum biochemical parameter, reproductive hormone levels of breeding Yangzhou geese in natural photoperiod, seek for the mechanism of photoperiod affecting breeding of Yangzhou goose. The parameters of serum total protein,albumin,alkaline phosphatase,urea nitrogen and levels of follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, prolactin, estradiol of 300 Yangzhou geese （female 180, male 120） in breeding were detected and raised for twelve months. The results showed that the parameters of serum total protein, albumin, alkaline phosphatase, follicular stimulating hormone （FSH） and luteinizing hormone （LI-/） were dropped;urea nitrogen,estradiol（E2） and prolactin（PRL）were increased in extended photoperiod from April to June,along with the end of the laying period;In shorten photoperiod July to November, opposite changes occurred,meet the arrival of new laying stage.
