摘箬山海岛新能源电网设计关键技术 被引量:8

KEY TECHNOLOGIES APPLIED IN ZHAIRUO ISLAND NEW ENERGY POWER SYSTEM

摘要 拟建设的浙江舟山地区摘箬山海岛电网供电容量大于5MW,主要采用海流能机组、风电机组、太阳能机组、以及混合储能系统供电.着重介绍摘箬山海岛电网设计中需要解决的若干关键技术,包括电网的负荷平衡方案、电网电气设计和电网集中控制策略等方案. The proposed Zhairuo Island power system located in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province, is of capacity more than 5MW. It mainly consists of marine current energy units, wind turbines, photovoltaic units, and hybrid energy storage system. This paper focuses on several key technologies to be addressed when designing Zhairuo Island grids, including load balancing scheme, grid electrical design and centralized control strategies, etc.
