多层螺旋CT在颌骨囊肿治疗中的临床应用

Clinical application of MSCT in the treatment of cyst in jaw

目的探讨多层螺旋CT在颌骨囊肿治疗中的应用价值。方法对29例颌骨囊肿患者进行16层螺旋CT常规检查，在多平面重组、曲面重组图像上测量病变径线，通过与术中测量值对比评价其准确性。结果颌骨囊肿CT表现各异，多平面重组及曲面重组测量值与术中测量值比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论各类颌骨囊肿有不同的影像学特点，多层螺旋CT对颌骨囊肿侵犯范围的准确评估有重要意义，对手术方式的选择具有重要的指导作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT）in the treatment of cyst in jaw. Methods Twenty-nine cases of cyst in jaw were examined by 16 multislices spiral CT, and the measurements of lesion in MPR/CPR with those in operation were compared. Results The CT manifestations of cyst in jaw were various, there was no significant difference in MPR, CPR measurement and measurement during operation （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions Cyst in jaw has different imaging feature, MSCT has important significance for evaluation of invasive extent of cyst in jaw, and has important guiding effect on choosing operative method.
