一株产胶原蛋白酶嗜虫沙雷氏菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of a Serratia entomophila with collagenase activity

以明胶为诱导物,从海洋混合菌中筛选出一株有效产生胞外胶原蛋白酶的菌株,其发酵上清液中的酶活达到22.46U/mL。通过形态学特征、生理生化特征测定对菌株进行常规鉴定,并结合菌株16SrDNA序列测定进行分析验证。结果表明,该菌株为嗜虫沙雷氏菌。

With gelatin as inducer,a strain with high extracellular collagenase productivity was isolated from mixed bacterium sampled from ocean. The activity of the enzyme derived from the supernatant culture could reach up to 22.46U/mL. According to the morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics,combined with 16S rDNA sequence analysis,the strain was identified as Serratia entomophila.
