摘要
提升水利工程文化内涵与品位的路径是:把水工程文化纳入社会主义核心价值观的宣传体系,以拓宽和提升社会对水利工程价值的认识;做大做强水文化产业,提升水利软实力;创新水工程文化规划、设计和管理制度;设立国家水工程文化优秀成果(作品)奖;定期举办国际(世界)水工程文化博览会及国际水工程文化高层论坛;将挖掘、整理、研究、提升水工程文化品位的经费列入水利经费预算。
Measures for enhancing cultural value of waterworks include publicity of culture core value of waterworks for raising awareness of the public, protection of water culture heritage, innovation of planning, design and management system, establishment of national prize for outstanding achievements, holding international （world） exhibition and high-level forum, and finally allocation of funding from water conservancy budget for exploitation, collection and study on the culture of waterworks.
