信息融汇过程中构建行业知识库的组织行为博弈分析 被引量:1

A Game Analysis of Organizational Behavior in Building Industry Knowledge Base Mashup in Process

摘要 从信息融汇过程中行业联盟成员企业构建行业知识库的实际背景出发,在考虑了行业知识库的公共物品属性和“公共地悲剧”的基础上,建立了行业知识库构建过程中企业间组织行为的博弈模型,从“组织与组织”和“组织与联盟”两个层面分析了成员企业的博弈策略,并讨论了信息资源的供给不足和过度使用的原因。最后,根据上述分析,给出了一系列相应的管理启示。 Starting from the actual background of building industry KB (knowledge base) process of mashup, we establish a game model to analyze organizational behavior in the process of building an industry KB based on considering the public goods properties and“Public Tragedy”. In this paper, we develop a game model on this problem and analyze the strategic behavior of participant companies from the“Organization-Organization” and “Organization-Union”. Further, the inadequate supply and excessive usage of information resources on condition of equilibrium are both discussed from these two levels. At last, a series of corresoonding management enlightenments are given out based on the above analysis.
