摘要
β-榄香烯可以增强临床多种抗癌药物对肺癌、肝癌、食道癌、鼻咽癌和妇科肿瘤等多种恶性肿瘤的疗效,降低放化疗的毒副作用;临床上主要用于治疗介入、腔内化疗及癌性胸腹水的治疗。由于β-榄香烯的非水溶性、稳定性差、生物利用度低等缺点,使其在临床应用上受到很大的限制。然而随着新辅料、新技术的发展,β-榄香烯传递系统的发展也取得了显著的进步,越来越多的β-榄香烯制剂,可望满足临床治疗中的各种需要。本文对β-榄香烯抗癌活性和新型给药系统如脂质体、微乳、微囊等研究进行综述,为今后β-榄香烯的深入研究提供参考。
β-Elemene plays an important role in enhancing the effects of many anticancer drugs in the treatment of various malignancies and reducing the side effects of chemotherapy.However,the clinical application of β-elemene was limited by its disadvantage such as hydrophobic property,poor stability and bioavailability.With the development of new excipients and new technologies,the deliver system of β-elemene has been developed dramatically.More and more novel formulations of β-elemene will give a good perspective in clinical application.This paper aims to systemically summarize the advanced progress in anticancer activity and novel delivery systems of β-elemene such as liposomes,microemulsion and microcapsules.It is expected to improve the pharmacy research level and provide scientific foundation for further study about β-elemene.This paper aims to summarize systemically the progress in anticancer activity of β-elemene and its novel delivery systems including liposomes,microemulsion and microcapsules.
