正交试验优选痛风胶囊提取工艺

Extraction process of Tongfeng capsule by orthogonal test

目的:优选痛风胶囊的最佳提取工艺条件。方法:以大黄素、大黄酚、秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素含量结合出膏量为考察指标,采用正交设计法,对溶剂浓度、溶剂用量、提取时间和提取次数等影响因素进行优选。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为:药材分别加70%乙醇7倍量,提取2次,每次2 h。结论:该工艺稳定、可行,提取率高。

Objective： To optimize the extractive process of Tongfeng capsule.Methods： The extractive procedure was studied by orthogonal design with the contents of emodin,chrysophanol,aesculin,aesculetin and the dry extract yield as the index.The extractive time,solvent concentration,solvent amount and extraction frequency were optimized.Results： The extractive process consisted of adding 7-fold of 70% ethanol,decocting 2 times,and 2 h for each time.Conclusion： The optimized extractive technique is stable and efficient with high yields.
