基于模糊层次综合评判法的集气站安全评价 被引量:8

摘要 集气站是天然气集输系统的重要组成部分,其安全性和稳定性是保证天然气输送的前提。根据气田集气站的现场生产实际情况,从人员-环境-管理-设备及管线4个方面构建集气站安全评价指标体系,应用模糊层次综合评判法建立4级模糊综合评判模型,对集气站的本质安全生产状况进行评价。基于此方法开发了"采气厂区域安全评估系统"软件,通过该软件计算集气站本质安全程度,并根据评价结果提出相应的整改和建议措施。将软件应用于苏里格气田第五采气厂。结果表明,将模糊层次综合评判法作为集气站安全评价方法是实用有效的。 Gas gathering station is an important indispensible link for natural gas gathering and transportation,whose security and working stability is the prerequisite to guarantee normal natural gas transportation.It is for this critical demand that this paper is aimed to establish a safety evaluation model for assessing the security of gas gathering stations in the gas-producing field.The given model has been worked out on the basis of the fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation(FHCE) method,which is the integration of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE) and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).To make our research as applicable and practical as possible,we have made a detailed calculation and analysis of the influential factors of the intrinsic safety and established a comprehensive evaluation index system from the following four aspects: human,environment,management and installations pipelines.To be exact,the index system,including all the 138 indexes,is a five-level structure,such as the general goal,sub-goals,criteria,sub-criteria and the schemes. The general goal of the model is to guarantee the intrinsic safety of the gas stations.The sub-goals of the model are to ensure the intrinsic safety of human,environment,management and installations pipelines.The weight of each index in the index system can be worked out with the AHP method,whose principal mission is to reflect the relative importance of the comparable indexes.Meanwhile,we have also accomplished an expertise system in the gas field to implement the security ranks assessment of each index in the scheme level.Furthermore,we have also set up a four-level evaluation model based on the FHCE method to calculate the security grade of the gas gathering stations and their subsystems,so as to help to find out the risk factors and the weak-links in the stations and take up corresponding improvement measures timely and properly.Last of all,we have developed a safety assessment software based on the designed evaluation model to be used in the fifth factory of Sulige gas field.The practical results indicate the model can reflect the safety condition of gas gathering stations perfectly,which demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the FHCE method.
