新疆公共教育支出与经济发展协调性的实证研究——基于财政性教育支出的视角

An Empirical Study of Coordination between Public Educational Expenditure and Economic Development in Xinjiang——From the Perspective of Fiscal Educational Expenditure

区域之间的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,一个地区教育投入的规模始终影响着该地区教育的现状和未来发展趋势。作为落后地区,新疆跨越武发展目标的实现在很大程度上取决于教育的发展水平。本文通过对新疆财政性教育支出和全国不同区域的比较以及与经济发展水平协调性的实证检验,提出了进一步促进公共教育支出与新疆经济协调发展的政策建议。

Regional competition is the competition of talents in the final analysis, and the scale of the educational investment in a region always affects its present situation of education and the trend of development in the future. As a backward area, the reali- zation of the target on the type of rapid development in Xinjiang depends hugely on the level of development of education. Through the comparison of the financial expenditure in Xinjiang with that of other regions in China, this paper makes an empirical study of coordination between financial expenditure and economic development in Xinjiang and puts forward some suggestions on further promoting the coordinated development between public education and economy in Xinjiang.
