Disembedding:News Production in the Internet Era

吉登斯提出的"脱域"概念,描述了其作为一种生产机制通过时空转换组合所形成的社会关系重构。互联网为"脱域"的发生提供了可能,它本身就是脱域的条件和动能,它成为今天新闻生产的现实背景。互联网技术使新闻生产的链条和构成发生了重大变化,其脱域性主要体现在:新闻生产的主体多元化、新闻生产的客体多元化、新闻生产的范式互动化。针对当下新闻生产中的脱域之困,媒体将作出媒介全球在地化的策略选择,即型构本土媒介社区新闻生产体系。

The concept of ＂disembedding＂ put forward by Giddens is described as a reconstruction of social relations through space-time conversion of a production mechanism. Internet makes ＂disembedding＂ possible, since the former is the condition and kinetic energy of the latter, and becomes the realistic background for news production today. Internet-related technology dramatically modifies the chains and constituents of news production, with three features of ＂disembedding＂ ： the diversification of news production subjects, the diversification of news production objects, and the interaction paradigm of news production. To resolve the ＂disembedding＂ dilemma in news production, this paper puts forward the media globalization strategies, that is, to build news production system for the local media community.
