摘要
目前我国党政干部工资制度存在着一系列问题,对产生问题的原因和解决路径进行探讨,对于充分调动党政干部干事创业的热情,规避权力寻租,推动我国吏治健康发展具有重要意义。
This paper discusses in depth the major problems in the salary system of the Party and administrative cadres, analyzes the underlying causes and seeks corresponding solutions. All these are of great significance to fully arouse the passion and enthusiasm of the Party and administrative cadres to do creative work, and therefore to evade the power rent seeking to some extent and to promote the sound development of the pub- lic officials management.
