摘要 城市生活和工业用水二级加压泵站的自动控制系统,采用PLC作为控制器,并利用变频器对水泵电机的转速调节,保持供水压力恒定。加泵过程的设计,采用一台软启动器对多台电机的循环启动,降低了制造成本,保证了系统的安全性和可靠性。用户用水量和供水压力始终处于动态平衡,不仅满足了供水的要求,而且达到了节能的目的。 This article is aiming at the design of the water supplying automatic control system of two grade pump station for industrial and domestic usage. The hydraulic pressure of the pipe system is maintained using a PLC as controller and multiple pumps whose revolving speed are adjusted by a frequency converter. Multiple motors are started by only one Soft Starter during the power frequency startup to reduce the manufacturing cost and guarantee the security and reliability. The water consumption of users and the water supply pressure is always in a dynamic balance in order to both meet the water supply demand and achieve the purpose of energy-saving.
