Research into Hangzhou Islamic Dietary during the Period of Republic of China

民国时期,杭州的回族居民的饮食,既保持了清真饮食传统,又具有杭州特色。杭州凤凰寺是杭州回民庆祝伊斯兰教节日的重要场所。民国时期杭州的清真餐馆在餐饮业中占有重要的地位。

During the period of Republic of China, dietary of Hui inhabitants in Hangzhou kept Islamic traditions and local characteristics as well. Hangzhou Phoenix Temple was an important place for celebrating Islamic festivals for the Hui people. Islamic restaurants occupied quite a market share in Hangzhou during that period.
