摘要
金华酒在我国的古代诸多文献中都有记载,其所引录和诠释的文字是留给后人的科学的信息。古代金华地区发达的农业和陶制器皿的发明,为酿酒生产提供了可能,也为金华酒文化的产生和发展提供了得天独厚的条件,金华酒使金华成为孕育世界早期酒文化的摇篮,金华酒是历史留下的宝贵财富,是金华城市发展的一张金名片。
There are records of Jinhua wine in many of Chinese ancient literature which leaves us much scien tific information for the research into the historical roots of Jinhua wine. The advanced cultivation and inven tion of pottery in ancient Jinhua made it possible for wine making. Thus the emergence and development of wine culture naturally followed. Jinhua at that time was a cradle for breeding early wine culture of the world. It is a treasure that our history offers us and a memorable city image which brings great favor to the develop ment of Jinhua.
