摘要
通过在密闭的模拟仓中采用上充下排和下充上排的充氮方式进行试验,一次性充气让粮堆内氮气浓度达到98%,玉米中氮气的进气量需要达到粮堆密闭体积的0.806倍,稻谷是0.861倍,而小麦是0.774倍,相应地所需要耗电量为玉米0.3kW.h/t,稻谷0.4kW.h/t,小麦0.25kW.h/t。让粮堆内一次性充气达到95%的氮气浓度,玉米耗电为0.25kW.h/t,稻谷0.24kW.h/t,小麦015kW.h/t。
Experiments were made in a sealed simulate warehouse by methods of up-aeration&down-exhausting and down-aeration& up-exhausting respectively.When the nitrogen intake flowrate in maize bulks needed to reach 0.806 times of sealed bulk volume,paddy bulks 0.861 times and wheat bulks 0.774 times,nitrogen concentration in grain bulks could reach 98% by one-time aeration,the corresponding electricity consume for maize storage was 0.3 kW·h/t,for paddy 0.4 kW·h/t,and for wheat 0.25 kW·h/t.For 95% nitrogen concentration by one-time aeration,maize safety storage needed 0.25 kW·h/t of electricity consume,paddy 0.24 kW·h/t and wheat 0.15 kW·h/t.
