RESEARCH AND APPLICATION ON RAPID QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE METHODS FOR SESAME OIL PURITY

通过发现芝麻油通常特质发生的异常变化和市场反常规贸易情况,确立了全新、快速、行之有效的芝麻油纯度定性方法;根据Villavecehia试验原理,研究建立了简便、灵敏、准确、特别快速的芝麻油纯度定量方法。对定性、定量法的原理、特质判定、测定方法和多年实际应用情况进行了详细的阐述。

Through the observation on usual characteristics of the anomalies in sesame oil and unconventional trade in the market,a new,fast sesame oil purity qualitative method has been established.According to the principle of Villavecehia test,a simple,sensitive,accurate,particularly rapid quantitative method for test sesame oil purity was investigated and established.It also elaborated the principle of qualitative and quantitative method,characteristics determine,measurement methods and years of practical application.
