冠心丹参滴丸治疗冠心病及其危险因素研究

Clinic Observation of Coronary Danshen Dropping Pill in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Risk Factors

目的观察冠心丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及其对血脂、血液流变学、心电图的影响。方法选择150例明确诊断为冠心病心绞痛型的住院患者,通过简单随机分组分为A组(n=50)和B组(n=50),A组为常规西医治疗组(包括应用硝酸酯类药物、β受体阻滞剂、抗血小板聚集药和阿托伐他汀),B组在常规治疗基础上加用冠心丹参滴丸(10粒/次,3次/d),治疗1个月后观察临床疗效以及血脂和血液流变学、心电图的变化。结果两组治疗后临床疗效以及血脂和血液流变学、心电图均较治疗前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。B组治疗后临床疗效以及血脂和血液流变学、心电图均较A组有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗期间心血管事件发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规西医治疗基础上加用冠心丹参滴丸疗效较单纯西医治疗效果好,还可明显降低血脂,改善血液流变学和心电图,并降低心脑血管事件发生率。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of coronary danshen dropping pill combined in the treatment of coronary heart disease and the effect on blood lipid,blood rheology and ECG.Methods 150 patients that diagnosed clearly as coronary heart disease will be selected to simple randomly divided into group A（n=50）and group B（n=50）,Group A named conventional western medicine therapy group（including the application of nitrates,β-blockers,antiplatelet drugs,and atorvastatin）,group B was add coronary danshen dropping pill（ten pill for one time,three times for one day）on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy group A,one month after treatment,observe the clinical efficacy of group A and group B and the effect of them on blood lipid,blood rheology,ECG in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Results The clinical efficacy and blood lipid,blood rheology,ECG of group A and group B changed much after treatment,there was obvious statistical significance（P0.01）.The clinical efficacy and blood lipid,blood rheology ECG of group B after treatment change more obviously than group A,there was statistical significance（P0.05）.The cardiovascular incidence rate of group B lower than group A.Conclusion The efficacy that coronary danshen dropping pill was add on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy group inferior to conventional western medicine therapy group,coronary danshen dropping pill aslo can low blood lipid and improve blood rheology and myocardial ischemia,while it could obviously be able to cut down the rate of cardiovascular incidence.
