佛山市南海城乡地区缺血性脑卒中患者的相关影响因素研究

A Case-control Study on Influence Factors of Ischemic Stroke in Rural-urban Areas of Naihai,Foshan

目的了解佛山市南海城乡地区缺血性脑卒中患者的主要影响因素,为降低本地区缺血性脑卒中患者发病率和病死率提供科学依据。方法采用1∶2配对的病例对照研究方法,随机抽取佛山市南海区第二人民医院70例缺血性脑卒中患者作为病例组,选取与病例组同性别、年龄的非脑血管病同期住院者作为对照组,采用多因素条件Lo-gistic回归模型进行因素筛选。结果文化程度(OR=0.216～0.029)、吸烟(OR=4.982)、肥胖(OR=7.310)、高血压(OR=9.011)、糖尿病(OR=8.891)、心脏病(OR=6.111)、体育锻炼(OR=0.196)、心理自感快乐(OR=0.282)是影响本地区缺血性脑卒中患者的主要影响因素,其中文化程度、体育锻炼、心理自感快乐是其保护因素。结论在脑卒中的社区防治中,应针对其主要影响因素进行综合干预,及时的控制高血压、糖尿病是其主要环节,同时保持健康乐观的生活态度和生活方式也是有效控制脑卒中发病的重要保护因素。

Objective To understand the main influence factors of ischemic stroke in rural-urban areas of Naihai,and provide scientific basis for reducing the morbidity and mortality of ischemic stroke in this region.Methods 1∶ 2 matched case-control study was conducted.70 patients with ischemic stroke were selected from the Second People′s Hospital of Nanhai District in Foshan.Sex,age,and ethnic groups matched subjects were selected as contro1,and was analyzed by conditional multivariate logistic regression.Results Educational level（OR=0.216~0.029）,smoking（OR=4.982）,obesity（OR=7.310）,hypertension（OR=9.011）,diabetes（OR=8.891）,heart disease（OR=6.111）,physical exercise（OR=0.196）,psychological self-inductance of happiness（OR=0.282）were the main influence factors of ischemic stroke,and educational level,physical exercise and psychological self-inductance of happiness were its protective factors.Conclusion The main influence factors should be comprehensively interfered in community prevention of ischemic stroke.Timely control of hypertension and diabetes is main link,and maintaining a healthy and optimistic attitude towards life is also important protectivefactor.
