摘要
目的探讨玉竹水提物抗血栓形成的作用及机制。方法利用大鼠动-静脉旁路血栓形成模型测定给予玉竹水提物后血栓湿重和干重,同时测定大鼠血浆血栓烷B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)的含量。结果玉竹水提物可明显抑制大鼠动-静脉旁路血栓形成,减轻血栓湿重和干重,同时降低血浆中TXB2的含量,增加血浆中6-keto-PGF1α的含量。结论玉竹水提物可明显抑制大鼠血栓形成,其机制可能与降低血浆中TXB2的含量和增加血浆中6-keto-PGF1α的含量有关。
Objective To study the effect of the extract of Polygonatum odoratum(E-PAOA) on thrombus formation and its mechanisms.Methods The rat models of artery-vein bypass thrombosis were used to measure the thrombus weight and the levels of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in plasma.Results After treated with E-PAOA,thrombus weight and the levels of TXB2 were reduced,while levels of 6-keto-PGF1α were increased.Conclusion E-PAOA exerted remarkable effects against the thrombosis,and its mechanisms might be associated with reduction of TXB2 level and increase of 6-keto-PGF1α level.
