摘要
针对输电线路覆冰对电网造成巨大损害,而目前没有较好的解决办法的问题,提出了一种基于神经网络的输电线路覆冰在线监测及其预警系统.该系统有机融合了甘孜州的地域气象特征、气象信息,同时考虑了导线拉力、倾斜角、微地理等因素,更把决策支持系统(DSS)引入到该系统中,通过记录大量的气象信息以及输电线路参数,对天气情况是否造成覆冰险情进行相应的预测与监测,做到防患于未然,从而降低了覆冰的危害程度.
Taking into consideration the fact that the ice covering the surface of the power transmission line may cause great damage to the power grid and no proper solution is available to the problem,this paper presents a transmission line icing monitoring and early warning system based on Neural Network.Closely combining the regional meteorological features and forecast meteorological information of Ganzi area and taking the wire tension,tilt angle and micro-geographical factors into account,the system introduces the decision support system(DSS) into itself.By recording a large amount of meteorological information and using a large number of transmission line parameters,the system makes appropriate monitoring and forecasts the risk of icing formation so that preventive measures will be taken if the problem occurs,and the harms caused by icing will be reduced.
