家庭医生制服务信息化系统的构建展望

Prospect on Construction of Information System of Family Physician Services

家庭医生制服务是上海市"十二五"期间社区卫生服务工作的重点,信息化是提高健康服务效率、克服家庭医生数量少、缓解居民"看病难"的有效途径和有力支撑。本文立足于闸北区现有资源,展望家庭医生制服务信息化的发展方向,提出健康管理平台的未来设想,形成一个通过通信网络连接起来的、纵横交错的、立体的、动态的、互动的系统,其中涉及信息共享交换平台的建立、云计算的应用、系统决策管理功能等。最后对健康管理信息化系统的未来进行大胆构想,主要涉及人工智能和数字模拟医院等方面。

Family physician services system is the focus of community health services in Shanghai during the twelfth five -year period. Informatization is an effective way and strong support to improve the efficiency of health services, overcome the shortage of family physician, and ease the difficulty for residents to see a doctor. Here we look forward to the development of informatization on family physician services based on the existing resources of Zhabei district, propose a future vision of the health management platform, and thus we establish a communication - network - linking, criss - cross, three - dimensional, dynamic and interactive system, which involves the establishment of information sharing and exchange platform, cloud computing applica- tions, and management function by system decision. Finally, we conceive a plan for the future of health management information system, which mainly involves artificial intelligence and other aspects of analog and digital medicals.
