癌症患者人格特质与生命质量的关系研究

Relationship between Personality Traits and Quality of Life in Cancer Patients

目的探讨癌症患者人格特质与生命质量的关系。方法采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)修订版(85个项目)和癌症患者生命质量测定量表EORTC QLQ-C30(V3.0)中文版对183例癌症患者进行问卷调查。结果 (1)癌症患者内向-外向(E)与生命质量中躯体功能、情绪功能、认知功能和社会功能四个功能领域以及总体健康状况呈正相关(P<0.05),与疲倦、疼痛、气促、经济困难四个症状领域呈负相关(P<0.05);神经质(N)只与情绪功能领域呈负相关(P<0.05);精神质(P)与情绪功能、认知功能、疲倦、疼痛领域呈负相关(P<0.05),与便秘领域呈正相关(P<0.05)。(2)多血质类型癌症患者的生命质量最高,其次是粘液质和胆汁质类型,抑郁质类型癌症患者的生命质量最低。结论癌症患者的人格特质影响其生命质量。

Objective To study the relationship between personality traits and quality of life in patients with canc- ers. Methods Eysenek Personality Questionnaire revised （EPQ -85 ） and the European Organization for Research and Treat- ment of Cancer＇s 30 - item Quality of Life Que3Lionnaire （ EORTC QLQ - c30 ） - Version 3.0 for Chinese were used to survey 183 cancer patients. Results （ 1 ） For cancer patients, the extroversion - introversion （E） was significantly positively correla- ted with the physical functioning, emotional functioning, cognitive functioning, social functioning and general health status （P 〈 0. 05 ） , but significantly negatively correlated with the fatigue, pain, dyspnoea, and financial difficulties （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the neurotieism （N） was significantly negatively correlated with the emotional functioning （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the psyehoticism （P） was significantly negatively correlated with emotional functioning, cognitive functioning, fatigue and pain （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but signifi- candy positively with constipation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （2） The cancer patients with sanguine type had the highest quality of life, fol- lowed by cancer patients with phlegmatic type and bile quality type; and cancer patients with depression type had the lowest qual- ity of life （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The personality traits of cancer patients influence their quality of life.
